Costco Tire Center

DO NOT USE COSTCO TIRE. Bought tires from Costco, one had a leak so I took it in for a warranty repair. Because the speed rating on the tire had changed, I was told they wouldn't fix my tire unless I purchased a new tire to go across from the "warrantied" tire. So I had to pay for a new tire (that had 90% tread life left). That's when the fun began. I was told to come in the next day (once they called) and they'd have it done "in the morning". Noon came, no call. I called them and the person who answered the phone was unbelievably rude, and told me that I should know who I talked to, the invoice #, etc. *I already paid you*, you have my name and that should be enough! Nope. No details, couldn't "help". Per my phone's outgoing log, I called 14 times across the rest of the afternoon, and it rang out every time, not even a re-connect to customer service. I finally had to call a random department (after dealing with the last customer-friendly IVR I've ever encountered), have them transfer me to CS, then have that person get a manager *so I could talk to someone in Tires*. They said, "Your tires aren't here, and we can't give an ETA for when they will arrive". 0/10, do not patronize these amateurs. If they weren't attached to a Costco store they'd go out of business in a week.
