Costco Tire Center

Horrible wait times! I came in to get my tires installed at 12pm and have been waiting in line for over 38 minutes. How is only one person scheduled to work the counter on the weekend during lunch hour, not to mention the numerous calls received that prolongs the line? Nothing against the employees but management has done a terrible job having so little employees working the tire center. On a previous occasion, I came here to schedule my tire installation and that took 30 minutes! Will never come here for tire installation again until the issue is fixed. Edit: I've been waiting yet again in line for 25 minutes to get my car keys back and still only one person working the counter with each phone call taking up more time. There are a lot of employees working the warehouse, food court, etc. How hard is it to get another person to work at the tire center (any cross training?). Costco prides itself on amazing customer service (have had great experiences outside of the tire center) so why not improve the services here?

Wait times are really bad - even with an appointment, my 1 hour service has become a 2 hour wait and counting. I don’t know if they’re overestimating their technicians skill or simply over-booking their appointments, but be ready to wait and wait.

Pointless appointment system. Understaffed.. go elsewhere! Arrived on time for a set of new tires. Takes 15 min to check in. Nearly 3 hours later (it’s now 6pm), the car doesn’t have tires on. They didn’t touch the car till over an hour after check-in. Will my son make it to bed on time today??

Yeah, you guys need to get rid of Dany or Doug the guy with the slicked back hair (I didn’t get close enough to read the nametag right). The last three times I’ve been there he’s just rude and careless and you can expect to be waiting in line for about 40 minutes. I’m listening to this lady try to figure out why her tire order hasn’t arrived yet and the guy is super unhelpful and barely gives any info. He’s got 5 other people in line and just taking forever with this woman only to not be able to help her in the end. The previous reviews show it all, gotta clean house with some of these careless guys. The service is waaaaay bad.

Don’t buy your tires from here go to Goodyear or PepBoys instead.. Bought tires online and made appointment. My card was charged twice. I have the bank statements and screenshots. I received an email that my tires had arrived at Costco. So I made an appointment to have them installed a few days later. I showed up, no appointment under my name. Even though I received an email that morning reminding me about my appointment. Then they tell me I ordered the wrong tires. One excuse after another. I asked for my money back and will be canceling my membership .
