Went to their quick lane for an oil change and they installed the wrong oil. Maybe this is on me for assuming they would ask if they know. However they've done this truck before and it's on Fords fleet program, so I assumed they'd look it up. Nope, they had to go back and change it again to synthetic. Then when paying I asked if they had check the tire pressures, the gentleman at the desk stated "yes sir, we checked everything". They didn't check my tire pressures...66 in LF and 74 in RF.馃ぃ Not a terrible place, but they do lack attention to detail when it comes to customer service I'm afraid.

Horrible experience. Would never take any of mine or my companies vehicles here ever again. The people that order parts are a joke. They keep lying to their own people saying they order things when really it didn't get ordered until 3 days later then they order the part as stock an not to the truck it was post to be for. The guy that runs the garage/oil change center is great. He did what he could to find things out. Everyday the service parts people said it would be there the next day an when the next day came around it was never there an this went on for a week. Finally I decided to just pick my truck up an take somewhere else. DO NOT TAKE A NEWER TRUCK HERE they will not have your parts an the people that order them apparently have better things to do than there job an order the part.

My girlfriend recently had work done here after someone backed into her car at the end of August. They are the preferred shop for State Farm in the area, and based on our experience I'd recommend State Farm reevaluate that policy. Wyatt, the guy in charge of Coughlin's claims department, didn't actually send the estimate to State Farm when he said he did. Because he dragged his feet, we went from dropping the car off near the start of October to having to drop it off two weeks into November. Coughlin had the car for three weeks with absolutely minimal communication from Wyatt. We received an automated text from Coughlin saying the car would be ready on Monday. We called to confirm that the car was done and found out that they were still waiting on a set of brackets, and that the car was not ready to be picked up, but would be ready by Thursday before lunch. We returned the rental Wednesday night, only to hear absolutely nothing Thursday. When we reached out after hearing nothing all day, we were told that the car was waiting to be washed and would be ready for pickup Friday. An inconvenience, yes, but not a deal breaker since my girlfriend works from home. Friday comes along and we hear nothing until 4:52 pm when Wyatt sends a text saying that the service department was really backed up and that the car had not been washed yet. He really wanted to make sure it got washed for us! My girlfriend says that's fine, she's not in a big hurry to get the car. He then texts back saying that the service department was closed on the weekends and he was moving the pickup time to Monday afternoon. Wyatt then proceeded to ignore my girlfriend's follow up text and phone calls for the next ten minutes until he could go home for the day at 5. No one cares about a car wash enough to wait another 72 hours for their car, especially with Christmas right around the corner. When my girlfriend tried to call the direct line into Coughlin she got bounced around before being transferred to a woman whose name she didn't catch. Pro tip, Coughlin - if you're going to hand the phone off, press the hold button so the person on the other end doesn't hear your conversation. Especially if you're going to tell your fellow employee that "this lady must be confused". We went in this morning as soon as Coughlin opened and were there for an hour and a half before the car and keys were magically found after being told multiple times that the keys were locked in someone's office, the car was locked in the body shop, and that no one working that day had access to either. We also found out the reason Wyatt was so intent on being gracious and cleaning the car for us! It was because at some point someone had spattered white paint all down the side of the car. Not sure why he didn't lead with that, because I think an explanation would have gone a lot farther than some ambiguous hand waving, but what do I know? Also, the front tire had 7 psi in it, and no one at the shop noticed or mentioned that for the almost month that they had it. Needless to say, we'll be taking the car to another mechanic to make sure Coughlin actually did what they were supposed to do.
