Test drove a car, everything seemed great except the radio didn't work, was told I just needed to buy an amp, no big deal, easy fix. Looking it over and seen it was missing a gas cap, was told by the "car expert" that it didn't need one even though it didn't have a flap like my compass had. Whatever, cheap easy fix. A week later I'm smelling antifreeze. Take it in and is told it's overheating. Said my gauges don't reflect that, and was told when I'm driving it won't show because the airflow keeps it cool. I said it didn't show it getting hot even when sitting in idle for a while, though I can see the steam/smoke from the antifreeze. They fix the heater core and give it back. Still smell antifreeze when I get home, figure it's just burning off what's already leaked from before. Week later, I'm having to refill my antifreeze and can still smell it/see the steam/smoke from it so I take it back. Same guy said he never said it was overheating, and I called him out on it. Tried to tell me I would be liable for over 1k for teardown if warranty didn't approve the fix. Tried to tell me it was just because of an air pocket causing the antifreeze to bubble out without even checking it. Come to find out it was a cracked cylinder head, but since they found that issue and are going to fix it, they will not look further to see if there's more damage because they found what they think is the issue. After issues of not having the right tools, part on backorder, and tech having trouble getting the timing right, I haven't had my car in over a month now. After the "expert" lying about the gas cap, the tech lying about not saying it was overheating, and all of these issues, I don't trust them, and I will not trust that my car is fixed right if I ever get it back. By far the worst experience buying a car, and getting it fixed, and this has all been over a span of around 4 months. Never again.

Bought a Car from them yesterday. Darien was great to deal with. He even came in on his day off to help us because that was the only day we had off work to buy it. We deeply appreciated it. All the people I ran into there were very nice. I feel like we got a very fair deal for the Car from them. I'm very happy with it. They seem like very trustworthy people. Strangely enough we bought a 2021 Honda Accord Sport they had from a trade in that was in great condition. Actually it was the first time I've had a chance to check out a Kia while we were waiting and they look pretty darn Cool inside and out. Very happy we went there. Thanks Darien! 🙂👍

Ryan Ouzts made buying our new vehicle so easy!!!! He even walked us through all of the features before we left! He even checks in on us from time to time to make sure everything is going good! Service is great too! 10/10 would buy from again!

Just moved to Columbus from Florida a friend recommended Celebration Kia. I've been there twice. Friendly staff Max the gentleman at the service desk kept me informed through out my visit. Oil change and tire rotation took less than a hour.👍
