Ray and Aaron are a hardworking, honest, and kind father and son pair. With little notice, They took time out of their already busy day to thoroughly diagnose my van’s problems and gave me a detailed game plan. I will admit I got upset with them over a misunderstanding about scheduling, and they had every right to be rude to me but they weren’t. Aaron was very calm and kind over the phone and in person, as way Ray. They made it a point to listen, understood my frustration with previous mechanics, and promised to do right. I appreciate these guys a lot.

I requested a pre-purchase inspection of a used car my daughter was looking at buying. Ray not only quoted a very fair price and thorough inspection, but also suggested he conduct it and let me know results prior to me traveling 5 hours to his location. This saved us hours of driving. He provided qualified and honest, detailed feedback about the car and his personal recommendation.

Fixed one of my issues at a reasonable price, but also got charged for a service I told them wasn’t going to fix another non-urgent issue. As I told them, it didn’t fix the problem, because I know what the problem is. Called them again for a quote for a different service, and they insisted on telling me I don’t know what I’m talking about. Definitely done here.

GET SOME EXTRA DAMAGE FOR FREE! Work on the car seems fine but they left the interior belongings broken and thrown back together in shambles. I have a wooden frame in the back for camping, which had cushions, a few blankets, a rack of wood, and a stack of paper on it. When I got it back the frame had one of the legs ripped off, was caving in, and it looked like they had essentially chucked everything back into the car. The stack of paper was bent and pushed up against the cushions and no longer usable. They had not mentioned the damage or any issues with the frame when I picked up the car. I hadn’t noticed until I was halfway home and realized it looked like someone had broken in and rummaged through the back - and I mean truly, it looked so bad back there the first thought in my head was that someone had tried to rob me. Crossing my fingers that they took more care with the repair they made than they did with the rest of my vehicle. Extremely unprofessional and careless, will not be returning.

This business is local. 3 generations!!!! The service was fairly quick. I did have to leave my car with them for some hours, BUT I called the day I needed service, they SQUEEZED ME INTO an already busy day. Took GREAT care of my vehicle. Did NOT try to overcharge me for anything. I WILL be returning to them. It is RARE these days to find trustworthy places to take your vehicle and I would say YES this is a trustworthy place.. Thank you for taking care of me!!!
