This place is worthless! They had my parents Durango for over 5 months. Never fixed it properly and never communicated. Took their money for the repairs. Then it ran worse than before they dropped it off. Bob (owner) advised he would get to the bottom of it and would offer a credit towards future repairs. It gets better. The mechanic left a tool in the vehicle. Bob demanded it back ASAP. He hounded my parents so much that he said he would call the sheriff and report it stolen. Yes, and we have the text to prove it! They took the vehicle back for him to work on. The Durango sat there for months, no communication at all. My parents had to reach out to him, excuse after excuse after excuse! My parents wanted their vehicle back to take somewhere else to get repaired. Owner would not answer the door. So, my parents went to the lot. Found their Durango unlocked with the keys on the seat. They had to jumpstart the Durango because it sat there so long. Haven't heard a word from Bob since they vehicle was recovered. My parents are great people and always give people the benefit of the doubt. They gave this place too many get out of jail free cards. STAY AWAY FROM CPX COUNTRY AUTO !! RIP OFF. Don't even want to give 1 star but have to so I can make a post.

This place is great and Bob is amazing! First off he knows his stuff but most importantly to me is, he is trustworthy. Finding a good mechanic who you can trust makes dealing with any vehicle issue much more tolerable. I will use him moving forward!

Bob at Cox Country Auto is amazing! He was able to get my car in right away and done in a reasonable time. He gave me a full breakdown of what was going on with my car and what was next. He never tried to sell me anything more and the prices could not be beat. Just warning…I’ll be back!!

People like me who are not mechanically inclined need someone they can trust their cars with. I can do that with Cox Country Auto. It is a gem of great service, honest evaluations at a reasonable price. I'm glad a lot of people don't know about this shop -- it could make it harder for me to get my car in.

Bob is a great mechanic! He has the ability to fix any type of moving vehicle. He is honest and reasonably priced.
