BE CAREFUL-if you are from out of town and need mobile service it is $442.00 for Chris to come to your site. That does not include him actually working on your rig. We were visiting CA from MA and were in need of mobile service. My husband spoke with Crystal who was very personable. Chris wasn't rude to my husband or I as stated in previous posts. He also was not friendly. Chris was at our site for about 20 minutes. He diagnosed our problem and said we would have to get the part shipped and he could fix it when the part arrived. When he returned to fix the problem it would be $442 per hour to come back out and fix it. We decided not to have him come back. My husband called and spoke to Crystal. He was told if we brought our rig to their shop it was going to be $275.00 an hour-and then when he said no-she told us $225.00 an hour. I don't know anyone who earns $442.00 an hour. I think that we may have been taken advantage of - given we are from out of state. SIDE NOTE- we did order the part and my husband fixed it himself in about 20 minutes...

Crystal and Chris are awesome. I recently used their services before I puchased a used RV private party to look over a few items on concerns of mine. They also ended up changing the oil for the seller on the RV while it was there at their yard. Great communication and service. Looking forward to using them for a few upcoming repairs on the RV I purchased. Thanks guys !

ABSOLUTE WORST EXCUSE FOR A BUSINESS EVER! Crystal however was very helpful, respectful and tried to smooth things over apologizing for her husbands rudeness. But rude wouldn’t even begin to describe this jerk. After quoting us over $1200 to come repair a part on our trailer (which was a total gouge but we had no choice since we were stranded), we asked Chris if he had a time frame we could expect him. We quickly realized he doesn’t like to do “time frames” and decided he was not going to come help us after already making us wait for 2 hours to complete another job. When we called Crystal to see what the issue was, he had lied to her saying he could hear people panicking in the background and he didn’t want to deal with drama. WE NEVER EVEN SPOKE TO HIM ON THE PHONE! Just through text. Like others have said in their reviews, a sorry excuse for a man. Crystal you deserve so much better than him, you seem to want to actually help people. But If anyone needs the help, it’s Chris. Save your time and look for a repair/ towing company elsewhere. I’d give negative 5 stars if I could. Update: since there is no way to respond to the owners message, if Chris was honest in the first place and just said he was too busy, we would have totally understood. We got that response from a few others. But to lie on us saying we were panicking but had never heard his voice over a phone and while we waited for hours, he never planned on coming and just threw a tantrum because he was overwhelmed. Like you said this was my opinion. But it was also fact. Why would you apologize for his behavior and then leave this reply. You deserved this review based on our experience. Happy you have other positive ones, wish that was the case with ours but it wasn’t. Why be in customer service if you can’t be a respectful person? Good luck in the future.

Following the Ventura County Fair I had two trailers that needed to be towed to Phoenix Arizona. I couldn't locate anyone to pull my trailers one being a food trailer the other a cargo trailer. Both had problems not having electric brakes and the hitch was broke on my cargo trailer. I was in a real bind and looked up Crescent mobile repair and Towing I spoke with Crystal who told me they were extremely busy but took the time to go there knowing the buying that I was in. Her partner Chris got on it right away. He cut the hitch off on my cargo trailer and had to weld it along with connecting all of the electric brakes so that they both could be towed. Without their help I would be in deep trouble. They were going to to both of my trailers for me and had given me a price. But showing her honesty Crystal told me that she posted it on Facebook and was able to find a professional tow service that towed it cheaper than her and her husband would have. Just to save me the expense. They were extremely kind and always kept in contact with me to tell me their progress I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs on their trailers or even their vehicles they are extremely experienced and reliable.
