I have been going to Craig's Auto Service for over 30 years, and I have never been disappointed with the service, fast ,friendly, and genuine concern for you. Craig is a great guy, and I miss his service writer, Cary. Rest in peace, Cary❤️ Great place to get your gas, grab a snack, and get an oil change and get your car repaired. Thanks, Craig!!

Used to go here much more frequently when I lived in the suburbs. Found my self in the area needing an oil change, thought maybe my breaks might need to be done too. They did their due diligence to check my breaks and told me they don’t need replacing, they did not try and oversell. They also took my car through the car wash for free and pumped my tires. Great shop with reasonable prices. Will come back.

Craig and his team are truly amazing! Whether it’s a routine oil change, or getting tires, and changing out your brakes, they do it with care! Him and his team and a wide range of knowledge when it comes to any car type, and will help you along the way. Great experience every time, can’t recommend them enough!

Craig and his team have been taking great care of our various vehicles for many years. They are friendly, efficient and attentive. They are also very conscientious of our budget for any necessary repairs and maintenance such as oil changes.

I'm very happy with the service at Craig's Auto Service Center! All the guys are friendly & helpful. And they know Toyotas & are much nicer that the two dealers l tried. I'm now a regular customer! Thanks to my attorney who referred me after he was happy for years with Craig's service. Nice job, guys!

As a senior, it’s not always easy to navigate the world. Many times, people try to take advantage of you, and it can feel like no one is really looking out for your best interests. You want to trust those you do business with, especially when it comes to something as important as your car, but sometimes things don’t turn out the way you expect. And that can be really disheartening. But I have to say, I found something different at Craig's Auto Service Center 1101 Warrenville Rd, Lisle, IL. I’m not trying to write a review just to give them a plug; I want to share this because it’s important. These guys genuinely care. They’re not like the typical service providers. From the first visit, they remember you, they know you, and the service is awesome! They’re not just trying to sell you something—they’re truly interested in helping you. They take the time to explain what’s wrong, offer solutions, and are so kind in doing so. If you’re a senior, or anyone really, and you’re looking for someone you can trust, someone who will look you in the eye and tell you honestly what needs to be done, I highly recommend Craig’s Auto Service Center . They go above and beyond, offering help even when you’re on a tight budget. It’s never about turning you away; it’s about finding a way to make things work. The team is all so kind, helpful, and truly supportive of one another, creating a genuine, caring atmosphere. The most important thing? They are HONEST—honest in a way that’s hard to come by these days. I can’t say enough how grateful I am for them. Thank you, Craig Auto Repair, for everything you do. Please, don’t ever change.
