WARNING: DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS SHOP! Not only did this place damage my vehicle far beyond the original accident, they attested to the fact that my car was "completely safe" to drive, when it wasn't. These people should be shut down for putting drivers in imminent danger. The photos I have attached show the impact sensor. The sensor has a zip tie around it that was placed there by the NEW collision repair shop, in order to hold it together so they can move the vehicle around at the shop. That sensor was just dangling free after crash champions claimed to "repair" my vehicle; which at any point could have set off the airbags causing serious injuries or fatalities. The housing for the radiator is bent which causes all kinds of fitting issues with the hood and bumper. There are multiple pieces and components that were just crammed together in order to make the outside look semi acceptable. Nothing on this so-called "repair" that this shop performed was done correctly. How many other vehicles have they done this to, that are out there driving around unsafe?! This is just mind blowing. The people who did this to my car and the people who signed off on this have no integrity nor any ethics. This is egregious negligence and beyond unacceptable. Let's see how corporate handles this debacle. You people should be ashamed of yourselves!

Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to take your car. I needed my front bumper and grille replaced and the hood realigned. Incredibly poor quality of work. The hood, fenders, and bumper were all misaligned. The paint on the new bumper was scratched. They tried to return the car in this condition, as if it was acceptable. "Anything less than a 10/10 is a failure to us" It was, in fact, a failure. Had to go through the entire process over again. Better the second time, still not great, but I wasn't about to go through the process a third time. Save yourself the time and headache, don’t take your car here.

Want to start off by saying that everyone I dealt with WAS friendly and tended to be helpful, but despite that I found the quality of work to be lacking. My initial repair ended up running an extra week or two over estimate, fine, I had access to another car at the time and didn't have to worry about dealing with a rental. Vehicle was fixed with cheaper aftermarket parts per insurance, including a bumper cover that just would not fit properly, and it only got worse at speed, in the cold, hot etc. They agreed to order a new, OEM bumper and said they'd let me know when it arrived. I called back three months later, about December(?) was told they'd contact the parts manager and call me back. Nothing. Three MORE months later I call back and was told it arrived in January but nobody told the manager. Working at a local toyota dealer, I asked my parents department out of curiosity how long it would take to get one if I ordered it right then. He said three days... Went and had it painted and installed, paint was way off. Pearl white and without the car there to match it to, fine. Went to go get my other car, left the white car there to pick up a few days later. Paint match still seems a bit off in the sun but whatever, if not for the runs down the driver edge and the chip/damage to the passenger corner, and it still doesn't seem to fit right, better, but corners still try to pop out, the gap between the front and the hood is still 1/2" vs the 1/4" it should be, found several clips and tabs that just weren't installed, installed incorrectly, and trash from another completely unrelated job under my hood on top of my engine that easily could have fallen into the belts, on a manifold, etc. Just overall a frustrating experience and will definitely be looking to take my next projects or repairs elsewhere... I brought my Subaru Forester to Crash Champions after being rear-ended, leaving damage to my bumper. This was my first experience with vehicle body work and I wasn’t sure what to expect but Roscoe and Tab made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. The repair was completed ahead of schedule, and I greatly appreciated the consistent and clear communication. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Crash Champions for their exceptional service and professionalism!

A semi truck hit a construction barrel and it came back and hit my car- I needed a new front “bumper”. I went back three times because it kept coming off - after a year and several calls it was totally replaced again and after a few months- I think it’s safe to say it finally works! The people at the front desk are incredible and explained the whole process to me - without people like Roscoe, I would have given one or two stars but they persevered, and finally got me a proper fix. They have gone through some management changes - so I can’t speak for how the products will be moving forward.
