Dropped off my vehicle in late October. Due to employees and scheduling conflicts I did not get my vehicle until early January. It was with them for three months. Once I got it back my driver side door wouldn’t even open. They had to fix three more things after the repairs were finished. It was a stressful process. Even though they tried their best and did fix the smaller issues, the amount of time I waited is the reason why I’m giving them a low score. If you’re thinking of bringing your vehicle make sure you plan for atleast a month or two waiting.

Great customer service. I received my vehicle back within a week and the repair team was amazing. My bumper looks as good as new.

Took car in on August 9,2024 for estimate. Dropped it off for it to begin work September 17. It was supposed to take 6-7 days to repair. It was finally released to us October 16. We made multiple calls to get updates but always seemed like no one could give accurate information. Champs did call maybe 3 times during the 4 weeks. We finally got the car back and noticed overspray covering the hood, windshield, headlights and various other areas of the car. (The actual work was being done in a small area on the driver side rear door near the bottom). I talked to Jacob the General Manager by phone, and he said that wind probably blew it there and he would have all that buffed out. He also said it took so long because they probably had overbooked and had too much work and had someone retire. I told him in essence that my 36 years in customer service, I was taught not to use excuses to justify poor customer service especially when it negatively affects them. I also told Jacob that the crew did not replace the edge protector as per the repair documents which again bothered me about their quality control before releasing a vehicle to a customer. Yesterday I got the over spray buffed out. Overspray issue is much better but now the rock marks that have hit the front hood area of the car and were hardly noticeable are now metal pocks. I guess there is nothing I can do with those eyesores except to have the reminder of taking my car to a substandard repair business.

The staff are great at informing about the process, answering questions, and giving you a welcomed experience. Waiting on repairs to be done, just turned in my vehicle.

I find it absolutely comical that the two negative reviews before mine are about the timeliness of getting their vehicle back. I could care less about the time it takes to return my vehicle to me, but when I do get my vehicle back I expect it to be restored to its original condition before someone rear-ended me. Why else would my insurance guarantee their work? That was not the case. Friday morning I went to pick up my vehicle, and Corey tried getting me to sign paperwork before I even inspected the vehicle. I signed one thing and thought it felt off, so I requested to see my vehicle before going any further. There was a hair painted in to my bumper. I turned the car on to check out the sensors and the cameras are no longer how I remember them. I thought I was nuts but I distinctly remember not having thick black lines vectoring off the car and the black box around the car. I looked it up and found the attached photo for Nissan 360, and that’s exactly what I remember my site picture looking like. I get a call at 3:00/3:30-ish from Crash Champions saying the car is ready (on a Friday) and they’re only open until 5 - the bumper was fixed and they called their guy that does camera/sensor work and it’s supposed to be like that. I don’t get off work until 6. It’s a Friday and now I can’t get to my vehicle until Monday. They didn’t bother to extend out my rental vehicle and now I have no vehicle over the weekend. I’m confident they’ve done nothing with the camera or the sensors and I’m going to have to take it an actual Nissan dealership to get it properly looked it. I’m also not confident at this point that they properly checked out the frame like I requested. It seems they’ve focused on the timing of their work and left the quality and customer service part in the dust. Do not recommend.
