DO NOT COME HERE if you're paying for repairs. DISHONEST repair hours. I had a claim to repair my front bumper over minor scratches, which the insurance gave half an hour with complete paint and overhaul hours but wouldn't even need 5 minutes after paint is sanded off. But BRANDON tries to make me pay for the other minor damages to my bumper that's unrelated to the claim. "ALL this damage will take time." He said while pointing at the tiny scratch on the front bumper. I asked how much total and he said 5 hours, which is HUGE RIP OFF! I haven't checked but it may be chaeper for a bew aftermarket bunoer. You can ask any estimator how much and would be nowhere near what he quoted. Go get a 2nd opinion and you'll definitely get a better price for your repairs. Highly UNRECOMMENDED!

I have nothing but positive remarks about my recent experience with Crash Champions. Every person I came in contact with provided excellent service. Thelma greeted me when I walked in. She was so friendly and has a great sense of humor! An absolute gem. Edwin was very kind and patient. I'm sure he's heard it all before but he wasn't dismissive. He listened to all my concerns and kept me updated on the status of the repair. Now Kevin.... I never got to meet him but he deserves special recognition. I love my car but after the accident I was slightly embarrassed. I didn't focus on car care and it showed. Not only did he repair the damage but he made the my car better than before. He restored the vehicle and my pride in driving it.
