Crash Champions Collision Repair Manhattan

The quality of repair was fine although it took five months which was longer than which was promised. The staff kept me informed but there were some minor details more on the mechanical side. For instance, When I went to pick the vehicle up there was still some minor damage that had not been repaired on the mounting of aftermarket fog lights and And some parts were missing mainly the vessel for the fog lights and the license plate bracket. I returned the following week to pick the vehicle up after they fixed those minor things and the battery was dead and they had to jump start the truck. When I got home.I discovered the tire jack tools were sprung in the bed of the truck as they had used it to change a flat and never put any of the items back in the vehicle. The quality of the repair and paint was good, but there were minor things that I feel they're mechanical staff dropped the ball on.

The worst experience I've ever had with any business in my life. I have been putting off making this review for a year and I half, but today is the day. I brought my car in here about two winters ago when the front of my car was crumpled by my roommate backing out of the driveway. It took them TWO MONTHS to repair my car, which was already annoying enough. They give me the car back some two months later, and after driving around 30 minutes, while in the middle of a valley with no service, the engine exploded. This was due to them incorrectly repairing the radiator, with no regard in human safety. My engine was completely shot, and I almost froze to death in the pitch black dead of winter. They took the car back, repaired it again, which took another month. To this day, I still have problems with my car. The AC doesn't work, which it did prior to both incidents they caused, my radio still doesn't function, and the engine rattles occasionally. Hands down, the worst experience I've ever had with a company in all my years on this earth. They may have improved in the last year and a half, but I almost died due to their technicians idiocy.

We had a bumper that needed to be repaired after being rear ended. The team at Crash Champions were awesome to work with throughout the process and were flexible to fit in our truck in their schedule to accommodate our work needs for the vehicle.

This is my second time bringing a vehicle for bodywork to crash champions. The first time I was hit by a deer and they did a great job and communicated throughout the process. This time I got hit by another vehicle and they were even better this go round. I highly recommend them. The photo on the left was right after I was hit in the Pathfinder and the photo on the right was after repairs were made to the BMW post deer collision.
