I recently had my site mirror repaired at Crash Champions. The original estimate for all new components was reasonable. They searched for cheaper options and finished repair within a day. They refunded me the remainder and also washed the car before I picked up. I’m very satisfied with the service and results. I’d recommend this repair shop to anyone who needs similar services.

I would highly recommend, I was very impressed with the timing and quality of their service. Brian was alway informing me on the progress of my repairs as well as helping contact my insurance. They even finished they repair faster than quoted which saved me on the cost of my rental which was out of pocket.

The place looks nice, and the rental car agency is conveniently located next door. My car had been rear-ended, so I dropped it off. Customer service was mediocre. The car was fixed quickly and looked acceptable. After a few days, I noticed the chrome on my trunk deck wiggled when I opened the trunk; it shifts when the trunk opens. The rear light was replaced, but the parts around it are loose. When it rained, all the water pooled in the trunk, making the car smell unpleasant for months. My receipt stated that I owed zero dollars, but a month later, I received a call saying I owed $2,446. The insurance company mailed me a check, which I never opened. However, their first communication with me involved threats of putting a lien on my car. Geez, let's have a conversation first.
