Crash Champions Collision Repair Morse Rd

The repair on my vehicle was not completed properly and there were a lot of short cuts taken. I had to go back more than 5 times to have things “corrected” that should have been right the first time, and in the end it still hasn’t been fixed properly.

The estimate given to me on Aug 15 was $3700.31, and when I decided not to do it in their shop, today they sent a new estimate to my insurance with a new estimate of $3284. When I called this repair shop, he said that he could change the price to $3700.31 if I do the repair in their shop. I called my insurance, and they said they could not do anything about it. I would not recommend this repair shop and the Crash Champions Company to anyone else. Very very disappointed and unprofessional.

I wish I could give them 10 stars! Not only were they extremely friendly, they were quick and efficient with my repairs. They made me feel like I was the only customer they had. Top tier customer service! My car looks brand new and I loved that they updated me every step of the way while my car was in their care. I would recommend them to anyone! And will definitely use them again!

I had concerns regarding the honesty of their services, as they claimed to replace parts but, based on my observations, it seems otherwise.
