Crash Collision Auto Body of Bay Shore took top tier care of me! As someone who has only been accustomed to service centers at the dealerships of the car company’s that I’ve purchased from (Land Rover in this case); I was hesitant about using any other service center at first, but I was referred to Crash Collision by a close friend and they assured me that they work with luxury vehicles, etc. as well. For anyone who owns a Land Rover and specifically a Range Rover; you know that these SUV’s are privy to one problem after the next and so; I became reluctant to continually visit Land Rover service centers after feeling constantly upsold and taken and taken advantage of with other “Issues” being brought to my attention aside from what I was initially bringing my Range Rover in for. However, it wasn’t like that at all at Crash Collision; I felt welcomed and heard regarding all of my questions, concerns, etc. pertaining to my SUV. I felt that they were honest about their assessments and recommendations. They made me feel comfortable about any/all work being done to my SUV and I feel that the quality of work was comparable; if not better than having had it done at Land Rover. Their pricing was fair and I got exactly what I was expecting without any hidden additional up charge in compassion to a Land Rover service center. They took the up most care of my Range Rover and efficiently corrected any/all issues that I had addressed with them. If/when I’m in need of any repairs going forward; I’ll definitely be going back to Crash Collision in the future and avoiding any future service centers at car dealerships! Thanks again, Crash Collision for taking the best care of me! I appreciate it!

As an ex- car painter I can tell you These guys know what they’re doing. When you know about Car Body Repair, you are extremely cautious with who you chose to do your cars. These People have all the expensive machinery just like the auto makers, to do any repair with the highest standards. If you want you repair done right just like I do… this is the place. When you go there ask for Juan, he’s my guy. Tell him Corona sent you. He will know.
