Ive never seen it so hard to go to a website to check out inventory only to not be able ro get on websitr. I clicked on new account it still asked me for a # and after putting in my # it says it cant find an account. Wth??? It should NOT be that hars to get onto your website to browse and see if i want to even use you as a supplier. But again it doesnt even work.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE like wow. You know as a female there is a little insecurity having to deal with looking for car related things without having a man around. So the fact that the staff here was attentive, helpful and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg was a Godsend. I will definitely be back if ever in need!

Absolutely horrible. The front desk receptionist (hispanic women) was a total b!tch gave me an attitude about how I didnt have any information to pick up the part when my manager at Firestone called in the order and she should have been able to pull up the order. And she had the audacity to tell ME i was having an attitude and to not tell her how to do her job. If shes so miserable she should not work in customer service.

Great customer service, friendly receptionist and quick delivery. Slightly different to find with no street sign to tell where the building is but besides that I can't complain. Highly recommend

Called for a price on a bumper cover and was quoted a price that was much higher than what you can find on Ebay. These guys are good if you need the part right away because of their stock but if you can wait on your part, you can find it much cheaper on Ebay. Their parts and Ebay parts are all the same, made in Taiwan so same quality different price.
