I have had several different auto body shops repair our cars in Visalia and now this shop in Oceano. I am completely impressed with this shop. Our car was repaired promptly, communication with us was excellent and the completed work was fantastic. Not only did they do a great repair but the whole car looked shined and cleaned. The car is a 2016 model so I expected the new painted area to make the older paint stand out. How they did it it I don' t know but the car looked like it was ready for a showroom. I also want to mention that as a woman I have frequently experienced auto repair men speaking down to me. At CRC I felt completely respected when Jose, spoke with me. I hope I won't ever need an auto body shop again. If I do, there is no question. I will go back to CRC. I encourage anyone needing an auto body repair. Go to CRC first.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! The plastic bottom of my car started dragging. I called them and they got me in the next day. They were all extremely nice and fixed it free of charge. They just gained new customers from us!
