Jean is an awesome service advisor! I had an issue with my radiator that required going through insurance. This was (thankfully) the first time I’ve had to deal with insurance, but Jean walked me through everything I had to do on my end and took care of the rest. She also had great communication throughout the whole process. The technicians had my car fixed the same day my insurance approved my claim. I’m grateful for the team at Crevier :)

I’ve been taking my Mini Cooper to the Crevier service and parts department for years, and they’ve consistently exceeded my expectations. From routine maintenance to more urgent issues—like replacing a blown tire the same day—they’ve always delivered top-notch service. I love the convenience of online scheduling, and the updates (including the video inspection) provided by texts. While everyone I have worked with and spoken to has always been lovely. I have always gotten great customer service from Mini Service Department. I appreciate that they offer loaner cars. They have good communication and I will continue to bring my car to this location.

Noel is the best service advisor. It feels like he truly works for me and my best interests. Not pushing stuff I don’t need onto me. They have great loaner cars also. And if they are out of those they will pay for an uber/lyft.

Usually make an appointment here for a quick (prepaid)oil change. It is usually something that you drop off and they set up an uber if it will take a bit. When showed up today unfortunately the agent assigned was on the phone for a while. I was the only customer there (literally no one else). There were 6 other mini cooper workers there and there was no effort to help with the process. No ‘I am sorry or how can we make it better’, at the end when picked it up (again no one else there) saw them laughing as I was leaving.. very surprised about the experience since it’s a luxury brand dealership.
