My car was stolen, and guess what? The police recovered it and brought it to their lot. Not one phone call for 15 days. Then, out of nowhere, I get a call saying my car was found and drivable—but here’s the kicker—I owe them $600 storage fee. The person who called me had the audacity to put me on hold for 15 minutes just to deliver that gem. $600 Absolute thuggery. Feels like getting robbed twice—once by the thief and again by them. I wouldn’t drive my car on any road they own, how much I trust these crooks.

I first brought my car to them through insurance in 2022. As soon as I got the car back I noticed signs of poor craftsmanship, but once I dug deeper I discovered broken clips and brackets, missing hardware, poor panel alignment, unrepaired damage/ exposed metal, and paint chipping/ heavy overspray. This past month I spoke to the owner Wayne who took it back in, even giving me one of his cars for the time being. Unfortunately his shop is only concerned with fast turnaround, and while the car looks better, the work is far from quality. They were careless with the masking, leaving overspray of both paint and clearcoat all over the windows, engine bay, wire harnesses, and interior. The fender is placed 1/4” too far forwards, new headlight deeply scratched by a razor, the side marker no longer works and once again I am missing hardware that I went out of my way to replace prior to returning to the shop. I would not recommend anyone who wants a quality repair job to go here, they have no respect for the work they put out. Update: They covered up a bent radiator/fender support rail with bondo instead of replacing for $80 something dollars on an insurance job.

2013 Infiniti M37x Sport White...been going to Cromwell about 12years now. Always top-notch work! Used to fix my gld '03 Acura CL Coupe. Wayne and his secretary are the best. They pay attention to detail and i'v yet to have anything to complain about ever..and I'm picky, lol Highly recommend Cromwell Collision if you want your vehicle done right 👍🏼👍🏼

The best service ever, also they are very informative about question you have about your car and any accident related issues. When the Cromwell dream team finished with my car it looked like it was brought off the lot. Thank you Mr. Wayne for your services.
