Crossroads Ford of Waynesville

I was wrecked in March and took my van to this dealership since they do body work. I finally got my van back the end of August and it had not even been fixed. The body shop told me that if I wanted it fixed I would have to get more money from the other driver's insurance company. Instead of taking blame for their horrible work they told me basically to f-off and go fight an insurance company. I still had tire marks, scratches and broken plastic on my van from the wreck. They ordered 3 new hubcaps and left me with a scratched one. I tried reaching out several times to the owner but they would never call me back. And the phone operator would not allow me to talk to management, only the body shop since it was body work. I seriously hope this place goes out of business since they do not do proper work and won't stand by it either.

Our experience at Taylor Ford was so smooth and stress-free. Chris, our sales rep, was a straight-shooter with none of the typical salesman tactics. After being jerked around and treated poorly at the Chevy dealer across town, I was so happy to do business with Taylor Ford.

If you want VIP treatment come to Taylor Ford. I purchased my F-150… wonderful people Gordon Prince, Dean Alspaugh and Tyler Reeves. My sales consultant Chris Ellis showed me the car and explained all the technology. He took his time to make sure I know all the features. A+++. Gordon and Dean went above to make this experience Excellent. Staring with a pick up from the Airport to all the paperwork. I was nervous about flying in and picking up the car… these guys are pros… they handled all my out of State DMV… A+++ operation. Thank you again. Love my Truck.

I had to give a star to leave a review but would rather not have left any stars. My daughter is a college student at WCU and works in Waynesville. As she left work yesterday she experienced one of her tires were low in pressure. She works 2 minutes from Ford of Waynesville She stops by to see if she could get some help with her tire so she could get back to campus safely. She experienced racism from one of the service guys, he was very rude when he would talk to my daughter and without looking at her tire he gave her a price and said it will be 5:00pm or after before I can even look at your tire. My daughter calls me in a panic attack crying terribly from the experience she got from this place. This was horrible and definitely not acceptable in any way.

Terry and his body shop crew are top notch!! They all was very helpful, polite and very prompt with their work!! It was supposed to take two weeks for the repair and body work to be finished after my car was wrecked but within a week they had my car looking like new and completed !! I can’t say enough about the supreme job and the fast service!!! Thank you all so much, I would give Terry and his crew 10 stars if it would let me!!
