Crown City Tire & Auto Repair - Best Auto Repair Shop in Pasadena CA

Crown City Tires is the most helpful and professional tire shop I have ever been to. They were able to patch my tire when I had taken to other local tire companies and was only told they couldn’t patch it and tried to sell me the most expensive tires. Crown City patched it and gave my whole car a once over with insightful recommendations and decent prices. They also had complimentary pick up and drop off services and their entire quote and appointment system was automated for streamlined efficiency. Top notch service!

They are always a pleasure to work with. Both Steven and Leo are great. They are both polite, knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with. I used to love bringing my car here, but after the last service I’m going elsewhere. Strongly recommend other women who come here do the same. When I found this place, there were two women working the front desk and they were both great. They called with prompt updates, were always very careful in explaining everything, and most importantly they actually spoke to me instead of ignoring me in favor of my husband. Now there are two guys working the front desk who have decided that MY Camaro that I paid for actually just belongs to my husband. They don’t even say hello to me when I walk into the reception area, much less anything else. The last time we went to pick my car up after spending $3000 on service, I walked to the desk and my husband deliberately sat down and stared at his phone so Steven and Leo might actually address me and still they just wanted to talk to him. They have a new computer system and four times now they’ve blamed that as the reason they believe it’s my husband’s car. Each time the error has supposedly been corrected and not to be repeated. Today when they reached out to my phone number they again called me by my husband’s name. It’s micro aggression at its finest. Beyond the disrespectful nature of the front desk service, the also gave my car back to me without replacing the tail lights that were listed as needing attention when I dropped it off, and the tire pressure in one of my rear tires was five pounds under the other three which after an alignment seems nuts. It’s little stuff that I can fix myself, but it’s just crappy on top of an already sub par experience.
