Took my f150 in because of torque converter shudder. They immediately test drove it with me, agreed on the origin, suggested that I replace the trans and also gave me other options while listening to my ideas on what might fix it. Anyway, they seemed interested in helping and saving money long term. They’re interested in solid cures, not bandaids. Still, they respect a customers budget and work within your needs despite that. 30% cheaper than competitors, more knowledge, quicker service.

Alex and Doug are great guys. Alex would rather see your car last longer than charge you more. He cautioned me on changing my transmission fluid (my trans is already on its last leg) even though he would make $280, he told me the risks and suggested against it. I decided to go ahead with it, but it's clear these guys really do genuinely have your best interest in mind, vs just making money. Great honest guys, That's why I always come back.

The Shop does a awesome job, they replaced my trans, while my truck was in the shop they fixed a oil leak, they replaced my trans lines, and did an oil change At no charge. Hands-down best place to bring your vehicle for anything.
