Left dirt streaks all over car. No ability to refund or get voucher. They offered to have me wait in 30+ minute line again.

I drove my car in for a muffler repair. I paid Mamoun $240, and when I left I noticed my vehicle hesitating to accelerate and it stopped running within an hour. I managed to get it back to the shop and left it once again. Two days later I went to pick it up, but the car wouldn't start. Since then I have been told the car needs the battery charged, it needs a new coil, it needs a new starter, and it needs a catalytic converter. However, I only brought my car in because it was loud. What a freaking rip-off! Buyer beware!!

I have been a weekly customer of this station for more than a decade. I filled up at this station on Sept. 3. Within 20 miles of driving my check engine light came on. I put the car in for service and the shop found a greasy sludge in the gas, necessitating removal of the gas tank, and replacement of the filters, to the tune of $754 When I contacted the owner he refused to take responsibility. I am taking it up with Chevron. If I could give zero stars I would.

What a shady place. The mechanic told me he will patch my tire for $15 bucks and just did a plug and told me it's fixed. When I confronted him about his lie he said some BS about he's been doing this for 15 years. What does that have to do with the lie he just told? Do not get your car fixed here.

I called this place to ask if they could patch my tire, after I picked up a nail. The man who answered said they couldn't patch it, but could block it. Before I had a chance to ask him to explain that process, or ask what the charge would be, he hung up on me. When I tried to call him back, it went to his cell voicemail. Looks like I'm going to Pep Boys.
