Honestly I’m giving one star due to poor communication across the whole team I called to see if I could come in and do a diagnostic. The woman I spoke to told me I could do a walk in and drop my car off and I would be set up for a rental until the car was done….cool. I come to drop the car off… “they don’t do walk-ins” and I had to regurgitate the conversation between the previous employee and myself. I successfully drop my vehicle off… yay… I’m offered a complimentary car service instead of the rental car service, as I was told there would be a fee for this “service,” that wasn’t aforementioned by the women from the call center. I opt in for the car service… I wait 4 almost 5 hours to hear a response/update. No problem, as I knew it would take a while. Once I receive the call back. I ask if I can have the return car at 4p, he says that’s no problem… I proceed to text and ask if I can push the time back and this was the moment I was notified that I would have to provide my own ride back… I have NEVER HEARD of a dealership offering you a car service one way then leaving you stranded to figure it out to get back. Overall, this was never communicated and it seems there is poor communication across all departments at this location. I hope Travis and the team can better communicate in the future.

Great experience here, at Honda Culver city. Salesman Edward Mejia was amazing!! Super helpful and attentive providing all the information that I needed and allowing me to be comfortable and happy with the closing price of my now new car!!! So happy and grateful I came here.
