Just moved to the Bay and needed to find a shop I could trust to work on my 2004 SL500. After calling around and reading reviews, Cupertino Mercedes seemed trustworthy, competent, and fairly priced--they exceeded my expectations. Nicole and her team were highly communicative, honest about what needed to be fixed, and efficient getting repairs done. The shop was much bigger than I expected (3 bays), sparkling clean, and busy--I met someone with an '05 SL when I dropped off my '04. He explained he'd been coming to Cupertino Mercedes for over a decade. Look no further--this is the place to get your Mercedes serviced well, at a reasonable price.

I brought my 2009 SL550 to Mercedes-Cupertino for the first time to address the following issues: -door locks would not open with the key fob(not a issue with the fob) -Roll over bar would not come up -Check rear ABC suspensions -Check transmission mount I dropped the car off on Thursday and it was ready on Monday. Pierson(mechanic) knows his stuff. He answered all of my questions, but I was impressed in the amount of time my car was done, as I had my car at Mercedes-Stevens Creek which they had for a week and 3 days and they wanted to charge me $10k for their recommendations and did not focus on the specific concerns that I had. Anyway, Pierson and Nicole(point-of-contact/advisor) thank you, thank you! Everything works perfectly and I’m a happy person.😃

Very trustworthy and quality service! I started bringing my GLE to Cupertino Mercedes after the dealership package expired. I quoted with Pierson and the price was very reasonable. Immediately after the first service, it’s noticeable difference and the car drove great. Now I have done 3 services with them. I would be very confident leaving my car in their hands and I know the car would drive great.

Nicole and her husband were a pleasure to work with. I got my quote from them for my service B of my C300 at half of what the dealerships were quoting including everything what was supposed to be done plus inspections of anything that might be worthy of getting fixed under warranty. Luckily it didn’t come to that :) They are quick, know their stuff around Mercedes vehicles and are kind people ! Do give them a try.
