I made an appointment for this morning and got my BMW 330i and X3 tinted here with no wait. They got sufficient staffing and lots of bays to do the work. Reasonable price and professionally done. Did 35% front and 20% rear on the 330 and 20% all around on the X3 as suggested by the owner after he asked a few questions. The owner advised me on the legality of front window tints so there's no surprises with the police. Friendly guy and good advice. Bringing my friend to get his WRX tinted next week.

Do not bother with this place. It's either they scam or honestly don't have integrity to do a good job or honor their receipt. They placed the tints over my inspection and registration sticker so they couldn't be removed. When I told them their guy messed up, they said they would fix it when I came back with the updated registration sticker. When I came back he told me that it would be $120 to remove and fix their mistakes because it would be a lot of work for them. They do not care

have been going there 4 over eight yrs they do window tints & sell after mkt parts for all makes & models had good experiences on work done there & Joe can do just about any thing

Horrible. I’ve wasted my time going BACK AND FORTH! Get your scheduling straight with your people! They have a Groupon available as well under “Customer Car Audio” (which they do not honor the price listed by the way) because I paid $125 in cash for 5 windows. *Receipt available upon request and it’s listed as $45 for two car windows and $95 for five car windows on Groupon. Let’s make this clear that I did not buy the Groupon, they are very close to my house so I just did a walk-in. (Apparently they do not take appointments) They were so quick to take my money and installing the tints took hours, but very quickly after they were installed, they started to peel. This is AFTER I’ve followed the instructions of not rolling down the windows and not washing your car to allow the film to cure. This leads me to believe that their “installer” doesn’t have sufficient experience or professionalism. You mean to tell me that you only have 1 person skilled enough to install tints on a service that you so openly advertise to the public? They also expect you to work on their time. I’ve attached pictures so you can see how EMBARRASSING these look on a vehicle with frameless windows. Passed by multiple times to ask for them to be re-done and was given the run around that the person that does their tints is unavailable. When they were making the sale, I was told that the tints come with a “lifetime warranty” which is not being honored. Quick to make the sale, not so quick to help when there is a problem. Needless to say, I will be filing a report on BBB as well as post a review on Trustpilot and Groupon warning potential customers on this shady business with less-than-quality customer service. My only regret is that I paid in CASH (I was encouraged to at the time to avoid sales tax) so that I can't file a formal charge back with my credit card merchant for failure to provide me with the service that I’ve paid for. Lesson learned. DO NOT GET YOUR TINTS DONE AT AT THIS SAD EXCUSE OF A BUSINESS.

Avoid this shop.very unprofessional work.did my tint left a lot of scratches.used cheap tint.keep promising to change for months.never happens always says the guys didn't come in.
