Tim and Cody did an amazing job on my big block Chevy motor. Very knowledgeable and friendly crew they know what they are talking about. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I’ll definitely be back for any future machining I may need.

They are a well established company. So this review is for the potential new customer. My experience started here on Google reviews. I seen some pretty negative comments and some overwhelmingly positive comments. So I decided to call them up. One of the first questions I had for him was how long it would take for all the work to get done. He replied with 2 weeks. So I took my block up to the shop and dropped it off. Again he said it was only gonna take two weeks and he'd call me when he had it done. Well a month went by still no call so I called him up and he Said no it's not done we got busy all of a sudden. I tried to be the understanding customer and let it go. About 3 weeks later I called him up again. He said he would have it done next week. 4 times I heard him say this. Finally I went up there. He said that he was waiting on UPS to deliver crank bearings he will get them tomorrow. This is important. Because when I went in again and was able to pick up the block 2 weeks later. There magically wasn't any crank bearings. So you went from "we had to regrind the crank so I'm getting you new bearings" to "oh no your crank couldn't be saved we had to get you a whole new one." Sounds to me like you lied to me the whole time. 14 days turned into 140 days. Don't intend on taking any other work there again.

I’ve been more than happy with every engine I’ve had custom engine service build for me and I’ve built plenty of perfect engines there too I have worked there full time since 07 and part time since 95.

Great local engine shop, these guys know what they are doing. As long as you know what you want done, they've got the equipment and will get it done. Very knowledgeable crew. When I need an engine brought back to specs, they'll be my go to.

I've been a mechanic in the Aurora area for about 25 years and I have dealt with Tim since I started in this field whenever I need any machine work done and have never been disappointed with the work, Tim knows what he is doing and does it well. 4 states because sometimes his turn around is a little slow, he gets backed up and is pretty much a one man operation.
