Not happy! Brought bike in for clutch work. Took 2 months to get parts in, said I couldn’t supply parts. Never notified me when parts were in, since they mixed up phone number and took down wrong number. Then they did extra work without getting ok from me! Added extra $120. 00 to the estimate! To top it off, now brake light and turn signal don’t work!

I have been taking various motorcycles to Gary and Dominique for probably 6 years plus. Yes at times they are busy, good shops that do quality repairs often are. I have found that doing business with them has always been a very positive experience, these guys know what they are doing and do first rate work. I always receive a phone call if they find anything out of the ordinary, or an item that requires attention and of course the option of fixing it, or letting it go until the next service. I have never expected Cycle Tune to be the fastest, or the cheapest shop in town to have my motorcycles worked on, in fact I have never minded paying them for their work because they are honest, and trustworthy. A rare find in the world of repair. I would and do highly recommend everyone that asks, and a few who don't taking their bikes to Cycle Tune.

I've been told no appointment needed. It was more expensive than some other shops in the area. It took them a week for a simple task as changing a tire. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable though.

Started out great but ended on a bad none fixable Harley, what I found was simple repair on my own. I strusted there workmanship and diagnoses but was not satisfied on there reassembly detail. It is important for the mechanic to give his pride as if his own motorcycle. This my review

I'll never take my bike anywhere else but Cycle Tune. The last shop I went to caused major damage... these guys went the extra mile to get everything working perfectly, at an incredibly reasonable cost. Thanks so much guys!
