I picked this repair shop to work on my car based on the great reviews, and I could not be any happier. Doug and his employees were great! The process was smooth and easy. They returned my car looking brand new. It was almost as if the accident had never occurred. They even did complementary work on my car that I was not expecting. And left a little surprise inside the car. Overall, great service! Definitely recommend this place to others.

I have been using DC's Auto Body for over 30 years and they have always done an amazing job. Last month, I decided to bring my daughters Toyota RAV 4 for some much needed repair. It is important to note that this was not an insurance covered repair but an out of pocket expense for quite a bit of damage. I mention this because not only did they make the car look like new, as always, but they did this work at a very fair price and much to our surprise even took care of some things that were not part of the original estimate. The car is like new again and we could not be more thankful for their hard work. Highly recommended.

Where do I even begin? Doug and Lou were amazing! My only concern was dropping off and picking up my truck, but the whole process was smooth. The shop is clean, organized, and the team is clearly on top of their work. They are true professionals and the best at what they do. The body work and paint on my truck look flawless! There were also a few thoughtful surprises when I picked it up that I won't spoil—you’ll be delighted! Customer service is a top priority here, and it shows. When you visit, make sure to treat them with the same respect and care they give you. I highly recommend this shop!

I bought my GTI here to fix damage to both doors on the left side. The entire process was very smooth. My first trip they took pictures and said they would get back to me with an estimate. Later that day they called with the estimate. I dropped the car off Monday early and got it back the following Monday. The price was very reasonable, little lower than I expected. Another estimate I received was about $400 higher. The quality of the work was amazing, it looks like new and this even includes a small indent in a body line. They had the exterior detailed as well which I assume is common but it's a nice touch when I picked the car up. My only minor complaint is I wish there was a bit more communication and by email or text. I do understand many businesses are just used to making calls. I don't use my car for work but just a quick text message with a status update about halfway through would be nice.

I arrived at the location RIGHT before their christmas office party, and you can tell, they treat everyone there like family. While waiting for the rental service to pick me up they invited me to join the party, and I met them 15 minutes prior. Thats when I knew my vehicle was in good hands. Then upon pick up my vehicle was so well detailed that I m almost forgot that it was my vehicle, thats how good the job was done. All in all, they treat you right and fair. I would recommend anyone there.
