Dahl Honda Onalaska Service

I have had my vehicles serviced by Dahl Honda for several years and the service is always excellent. Taryn is the best service advisor I've ever worked with. She treats every customer with respect, communicates quickly and clearly, advocates for you everywhere she can, and clearly contributes to a positive work envirnment that brings the best out of her coworkers. She remembers your name and is always welcoming and happy to get you the help you need, no matter how difficult or routine your vehicle's service is. Additionally, in my experiences the mechanics at Dahl are great at correctly diagnosing issues and correcting the root cause rather than upselling you on parts you don't need. Jennifer in the parts department is also great to work with. I would recommend them to any one!

They changed my transmission fluid! That was cool, but my airbag light has been on since…coincidence? Or an ingenious way to get me to comeback and give them my life savings… ha I’m joking but it is technically possible that that could be a thing…

They got my car right in on time, did just what they were asked to do and the inspection. Always gives me piece of mind that all is right with my car. The waiting area is comfortable to wait in and I can walk outside to see the new cars.

We were finally able to get some warranty work completed. I was unable to get through to there service department by phone even after multiple attempts. I finally went to the dealership and still had to ask a salesperson to find someone in the service area to make an appointment. I finally got an appointment and they still had to call me the day of the appointment to figure out what work needed to be done. I did explain all the work that needed to be done when the appointment was made. Not a good service department. It's been poor since they were purchased by Dahl.

Made an appointment a month in advance. I dropped my vehicle off the night before due to ride situation. I used their online service to leave a note stating that’s what I’d be doing. I also selected to receive a phone call the day of service. Which they didn’t do. So after calling them 3 times, and leaving a voicemail. I received a call an hour before they close that they “didn’t know it was there”. So I had to go through a pain of working out getting my vehicle the next day. The bill for the repair I had done was more than the highest quotes( I looked into after the fact) from other servicers.
