Brought my car in for a 40k mile maintenance and asked not to have my car washed in the service request but they did anyways. Looks like the washed it with sand paper as there swirls all over the paint now. Definitely weren't this bad before my service because I just did a paint correction a couple months ago. Guess I'll be doing another one. Edit: Shortly after the original review a manager did reach out to me and offered to have their detail team address the issue at no expense to me. The detail team did a good job clearing up the swirls looks much better than it did before so good on Dahl for fixing the mistake.

5 stars for Dahl Mazda Service today ! HUGE shout out to my shuttle drivers , Kurt and Barbra and my service advisor , Abby. They were all WONDERFUL people to work with . The people behind the scenes do all the hard work on our vehicles so they get a lot of credit but wanted to show some appreciation to people like Kurt , Barbra and Abby who make it such a good experience!

Girlfriend bought a brand new mazda cx5 last labor day. Service has forgotten to put valve caps back on after tire rotation and scratched to of her rims up. She was given 300.00 of shop credit to be used and their dealership. 2 new rims cost 600.00 a piece. Never would I recommend taking a vehicle here for service.

Dahl Mazda of Lacrosse has a customer's lounge with drinks ( hot or cold), a separate children's lounge, a Ford car museum, and 8 to 10 service bays just for different brands that I counted ( Mazda, Hundui & Ford) The next center over took care of another set of cars also Dahl of Lacrosse, same across the street. I bought my Mazda here in 2018, I’ve never had a bad experience in all the time I’ve gotten service here. Special shout-out to Michelle, Heather, and Jason for being so helpful every time I visit. Pricing is good & the lounge makes any wait painless. 10/10
