Our first and only experience here wasn't great. We had an appointment to get some minor repairs, but almost none of the repairs were completed due to the staff's confusion and poor communication as to what was going on. The interior detailing service was terrible as well. When we finally spoke with someone who knew what was going on, they were nice and were going to address the issues.

My husband and I were on mile 1500 of our honeymoon/road trip from Maine to Yellowstone when we started having car troubles. They got us in same day, and we were back on the road the next day! They saved the trip! Everyone went above and beyond, and they were all super helpful and friendly, especially Scott, Patti and Nicole. Cannot recommend them enough.

Nicole was so amazing! My windshield wiper came off while I was driving home from work. Although the Toyota service was closed, Nicole helped me fix my windshield wiper. I am so grateful!
