I took my car in on a Friday afternoon asking them to take a look at it. When they told me they were pretty full up until Monday or Tuesday, I told them my situation snd that I needed the car before then because I had to work Monday or Tuesday. They not only got my car in that afternoon but had it fixed within 2 hours, I picked it up and was back on the road within 3 hours. I seriously appreciate the speedy service and fair price. Dan’s auto is the only mechanic service I can trust because I have had some bad experiences with mechanics before. They gave me a price which was fair, and when I went to pick up the car they even knocked a few dollars off of that so it was even cheaper than I anticipated. Had to write a review because I was over satisfied with the service and super happy I got my car back so fast.

Had my car towed here. Spoke to the lady in the office the next day about what it would cost to repair replace the motor. Informed her I was supposed to be starting a new job would they be able to give me a finished day. Walk down and paid a thousand so that they could order the engine. Spoke to her later in the week so it should be there Thursday again confirmed with her would it be done by and asked if I could give the start date of December 23rd for the new job as I've been laid off since October. She assured me again yes I can give that day. I called them on the Wednesday was not done and she had stated it it'll be done Friday. I asked again are we sure she's definitely today's Wednesday. Friday came and called at 4 , 415 and 445 no answer. So unfortunately I lost the job. I am updating this review as I got my car vack today. I just wish they would have given me a call to let me know it would not be done so i could have had adequate time to get a rental. Understand this was a drop off job and they are weeks out, but them just let customer know then * could decide to have the setvice completed or not.

Took my car here to have engine replaced. Informed them i needed a done date because I was starting a new job on Monday. I was given Wednesday and when I called then told Friday she assured me it would be done. Well , I called on Friday a couple times and no call returned and pushed to voicemail. I get things happen, but no call to inform me so that I could make other arrangements . Thanks for costing me a Job. I updated stars because the work was done and seems to be working well

Gave me a decent price to change my clutch and installed one i ordered online with a flywheel, hardly no communication, had my vehicle almost 3 weeks. First time i tried to pick it up it wouldn't move, said they had to bleed the clutch, second time i tried to pick it up i made it half a mile and it broke down. Had it towed back up there. Third time i picked it up i had no second, fourth or reverse brought it back and they claimed i did have second but blamed it on my transmission. Turned out to be a clutch cable they either messed up as well as didn't adjust, (figured this out myself). 3 weeks, 2 tows, me calling constantly to find out much of nothing but gave me a good price on the labor .... forgot to mention the brand new starter i installed prior to them working on my car is now grinding about 6/10 times when i start my car... shifter cable ended up breaking all the way.
