Outstanding Service at Lexus! I had an exceptional experience at the Lexus Service Department, thanks to Cesar and Shawn. Cesar, as always went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was taken care of with professionalism and attention to detail. His expertise and dedication made the entire process seamless. Shawn at the reception desk was equally fantastic—welcoming, efficient, and incredibly helpful. He made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Their outstanding customer service truly sets this dealership apart. If Cesar isn’t available, I make sure to wait until he is available. Needless to say I highly recommend them for anyone looking for top-notch care and service!

I came in on Saturday at 5 pm with a tire light and Jimmy was able to help me out. Even though it was just adding air to my tires he took the extra time while they were closing to help me with my tire light. Truly thankful.
