Billy is amazing! He works with you as the customer under stress who has to negotiate all the parts for the vehicle that was damaged. It’s not his fault when he needs to wait on adjusters, replacement parts direct or not direct from the manufacturer of the vehicle. I love how others place blame on wait time and money. These two items are out of his hands. Do you walk into a doctor and get seen under an hour because if you do then that’s the person you know isn’t doing you justice. When prices go up it’s your insurance company not paying for the quality you wanted. My advice if you want quality and the company to do the right job then this is the company to go to. He has been working on my cars/SUV’s since 2008 with not one ounce of regret My Mercedes was hit from the drivers side front to the back by a man while my car was in parked and blue out my windows, Billy repaired it all original and tinted my windows. My first SUV (not pictured in 2008) I was parked and rear ended in which my entire back door and suspension bar was broken. He details all my cars and gets all the scraps, dings and makes it brand new again

I have been to Darien Auto Body in years past before the original owner retired, never had a problem. But I am so sad that they are moving out of Darien and planning on going to Norwalk!! They will still get my business though!!! Having my 99 Jeep repaired from an unfortunate incident in the back of my vehicle, but I am most confident of the work to be done by Darien Auto Body!! BTW my window tinting you did was PERFECT!! Not a bubble to be seen to date!!!! Thanks guys !!! 06/27/16- Here is my update and I am very sorry to say that I am NOT a happy customer. I have never had to wait 2 months for a TAIL LIGHT to be replaced. Bill the Manager of the Auto Body shop was supposed to have Kevin on the detailing side order the part and apparently never gave him the email. Something about needing the part number?? Well I am changing my 5 star to a 1. I have never had such a nightmare of an ordeal when it came to having my car fixed. I am done, sorry guys but you need to be on top of things better like the original owner was.

Very kind, fair and courteous. Billy picked up my car from work after a co-worker had hit my fender and returned it back to me in a more-than-timely manner and you would never even be able to tell that it was hit! The guys at Darien Auto Body have helped me out on numerous occasions with my body damage mishaps- from scraps and dings to broken mirrors and paint damage- I couldn't be more satisfied!
