The where fast friendly and they where really good about my car getting loaded and off loaded properly. Call them early because they get booked fast. I was so pleased with the service I got from Dark Knight Towing. They called me immediately and made arrangements for my PPI tow. When the driver arrived he was helpful, kind , and knowledgeable. He even had to come back and get the car at a later time (my fault) and never complained! I would highly recommend them.

The Dark Night towing company arrived right when they said they would. We had several cars moved and their price was very reasonable. Eduardo was very professional and his team completed the job just as we requested.

Took advantage of an unfortunate situation! So wrong and disrespectful. I called to ask if they did flat tire changes since my mom had just gotten out of work and she got a flat tire. A guy answered while eating (I could hear him chewing in between talking to me) and he said 'let me call you back, I gotta ask my driver where he's at'. I said ok and then another guy called back from a different number and said he could do it but that it would be $75 to use the tow truck. I explained we didn't need a tow truck we just needed someone to change my mom's car's tire. He said 'ok then $50 if I just change your tire'. I agreed and he showed up to 'help' my mom. My mom called me to tell me that this guy could not and did not change her tire because he couldn't take it out of it's place in the back. He gave up and just LIED to my mom and told her that her tire wasn't flat that it just needed air. He filled up her tires, didn't change her flat, and still charged her $50 -_-. My mom tried to reason with him how unfair that was and he said that it was because he brought the tow truck because he didn't have a car available. Well we didn't ask for a tow truck and he didn't even help! My mom had to go to another tire center to get her flat tire fixed. She called the guy back to demand her money back and he refused. $50 for attempting to change a flat and just filling them up with air?? And lying about it??? SO UNPROFESSIONAL! And not only that but my mom only had 3 $20s in cash so the guy made her go ask for change at a liquor store so that he would get paid the $50 instead of just taking less for his 'service'. WRONG WRONG WRONG. Save yourself from these people and go somewhere else.

I called at 8pm on a rainy night I was with my wife and 1yr old son. The guy was rude as if I was bothering him because I called. Then just said “where?” Where what? Where am I , where am I going? He was not clear. Then he just told me that he would call me back because he had to call and see where his trucks are at but he NEVER called me back! I recommend calling someone else. I am 100% that these reviews are fake and made by them to get customers because they are all 5stars, short and to the point reviews and only a small amount of them. Usually means it’s their employees writing them.
