I needed the rear brakes replaced on my SUV and got a replacement quote from a shop in Westerville. I thought the price seemed very high. A good friend recommended that I reach out to David at Dart Automotive. I’m glad I did! The folks at Dart saved me $300! The rear brakes and rotors were replaced in about two hours. It was well worth the drive and I most definitely will return!

I have been going to Dart for years. The front desk is always pleasant and the work always done well. The only time I had an issue with their work was they missed a wire on a fuel pump. The car died on the way home. I called them and they paid for the tow back to the shop, repaired the vehicle then pt gas in it as they drove it for mile to ensure no more failures. I highly recommend !

SHADY AT BEST!!!!! BEWARE! My husband took his Ram in for exhaust repairs. They used the wrong screws AND cross threaded them. The front office lady was unprofessional and down right rude. Would not let him speak to the owner. Refused to fix the problem that is now going to cost my husband &1000’s more than what he should pay. These are shady mechanics! You have been warned!

I purchased a 2014 ram 1500 from a reputable dealership in 2016 and the exhaust manifold was leaking on the left side of the motor and I was referred to dart automotive to get it repaired because dart automotive was on of the few shops that could fix this problem In columbus. Well I thought the right side started to leak so I took it to a mechanic by my house in buckeye lake, the mechanic called me and told me that it wasn't the right side manifold that was leaking it was the left side that was repaired by dart automotive, the mechanic said that the manifold was fixed with stainless steel manifold screws and that the screws were all crossed threaded and broke off. I understand that there is a warranty period but quality of parts and craftsmanship should surpas the warranty, this part should not have needed fixed again but now I have to pay to get the head removed so they can fix it right. I would never recommend dart automotive to anyone else, there is know professionalism at all in their company. Owned will not talk to me he had the receptionist that knows nothing about mechanics tell me that they will not fix their mistake.

Took a car for multiple problems, expecting to have a large estimate, we got the call to come and pick it up. Confused, we were told the bill is $00.00. "You couldn't fix it?", "No it's fixed, it's just the mechanic said there is no charge." It was a simple fix that could have been billed in the hundreds of dollars. But for a mechanic with scruples & integrity, we could have been taken deep and not knowing any difference. Great job, will return and highly recommended.
