Terrible service. Dave acts as if he doesn’t want to help you or as if him fixing your car disrupts his life. Wants to overcharge for the simplest things. Very spiteful as well if you don’t let him do something to your car. Do not recommend this place at all. Go somewhere else where you’re treated like a respectful human. I wouldn’t even give him 1 star but according to google you have to at least put a star.

Rented a U-Haul van from here and it was an easy process. Both pick-up and return were quick and easy. Price was as quoted online. No issues. Thank you!

Dave wasn't very friendly nor did he give off a willingness to help. Every response to my questions were to "call the uhaul 1800 number." One of my questions was "How do I get the contact?" I'm thinking Call them for that really?? When I'm renting from you? Why book online if I still wanted to have to call into a queue and wait? I chalk it up to maybe Dave was having a bad day. But Regardless... The Uhaul truck itself was fairly clean minus some sunflower seed shells on the driver's side door and in the front seating. Return process was simple, Park truck, drop key in box located only a few feet away from parking.

I work for the Post office and this guy told me I had to wait an hour for an inspection sticker. I waited an hour in my car in front of the empty driveway. no one was being serviced so I walked inside the office and everyone was sitting down eating and laughing. He saw me & then he refused to give me my inspection sticker even though he gave me one a prior year telling me that I can't have back window tints. Terrible service!!!

I have used their UHaul service several times and have never had a bad experience with them. Countless years of technical and mechanical experience - family owned since the early 1900's.
