I wrecked my motorcycle(it’s not a total loss), the cop called these people. They told my dad 278$ to tow or something like that. 42$ a day storage. I was in hospital 5 days. They had my bike 5 nights. I call them 3 times over those 5 days just asking price asking what time they’d be there and the price was always reasonable . I call them the last time, they tell me 472$ total to keep out of scrap yard I arrive hours later with only 500$ in my pocket and they tell me the total is now 750ish Most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had with a tow place 750 for a tow and 5 days storage you guys scammed me It’s not my fault you brought the flatbed at first and had to go back to shop and get a different style truck

Scammy/ Unreliable My boyfriend and I went to look at his motorcycle after this place towed it and told him it would be $470 to pick it up. They also said in another phone call that it was basically junk and not worth picking up. Upon arrival we see a damn fine motorcycle with an unbent frame, no leaks and its able to roll… so definitely worth picking up. Completely opposite of what they said on the phone. Suddenly they are asking $750+ to take the motorcycle also very different than what they said on the phone. Seems scammy to me. Jason said that he “wasn’t looking at the clipboard” when we asked why the sudden change in price. Blamed the up price on “special operations” aka brought the wrong type of equipment to pick it up and had to turn around and come back. Simply Unreliable. Don't trust them.

Worst place ever. Rip off crooks. Wouldn't recommend this sorry place to anyone. How their on the police next on call list is unbelievable. The on call list is set price they add $100 to it. Bring wrong truck for job have to get another one. And charge you for their stupidity. Charge clean up fee and don't clean up nothing. Call and ask price and tell you price to pickup vehicle. When get there price doubled and got all kind of excuses why more. A true business gives you a price then that's what it should be. Crooks out to take advantage of people. Don't deserve to be in business.

Aye this place just charged me 750$ for my motorcycle to be picked up off side of business 85 and sit with them for 5 nights All week I been calling them they been telling me 278$ for tow and 42$ storage fee But they also told me my motorcycle was a waste of time to try to fix and all this about being locked up and not rolling, stuck in gear whatever. Sounded like he was trying to convince me to not get it I pull up to look at it after getting out of hospital and it’s totally fixable and when I say I want to pay to get it out of here he comes out like actually your final total is 750!! They scammed me they want my bike in the scrap yard so bad idk why This is ridiculous 750!? For real?! For what!?? They say something stupid like because it took special operations Man it literally didn’t require nothing special They pulled up in a flatbed because they are dumb The cop tells them why’d you bring a flatbed for this you shoulda brought the other style They are going to charge me damn near 300$ because he had to turn around and go back because of his own mistake And didn’t mention it till I went to pick up bike
