Shawn was willing to help me without an appointment on a Friday night 10 minutes before they closed. My truck wasn’t shifting into neutral and was having a lot of issues rattling. Although his diagnosis wasn’t what I wanted to hear, it gave me some peace of mind knowing what the issue was and how long I had to fix it. Thank you
