An absolutely terrible experience. I was working a cat-sitting job at an unknown apartment building for one hour and as I’m leaving at 9PM in 4 degree weather I noticed my car was gone and went into complete panic. There were no visible signs with their name or any warnings about parking without a permit. I had to get the name and number of the towing company from my client. When I called them and explained to them I was working a job for a tenant at the apartment building my car was towed from, they basically told me that the tenant signed an agreement and therefore it doesn’t really matter what my experience was. I didn’t sign any agreement or see any signs where I parked my car… why should I have to pay to be towed when I was there for probably literally 30 minutes (if that) before they towed me. So I had to stand outside in freezing weather to wait for my mom to come and pick me up for parking in unlabeled GUEST PARKING and we had to pay $240 dollars for a job that I made 20 dollars on. As we were driving to get my car we saw one of their trucks on the way back to the shop with another towed car. They’re clearly in this business for the money, and the money only.

Dazzo’s has been a great help to us for over 10 years with our reserved apartment parking spots being taken by random cars!! They’re fast, professional, discreet, and prompt on responses via text and phone call. Thanks for your help- I’ll continue to use you guys as a resource in the future.

This towing company lurks for your car so you better watch where you park! Even if you drop someone off at the Geneva apartments and use the bathroom you have a risk of it being towed and they will make you feel like it's your fault and there is nothing you can do about it. Not cool

We have used Dazzo's numerous times in the past and recently the other day for a load shifting issue. They are very professional here and offer fair prices on their services. Robert and his team are very friendly as well. We appreciate the help, as always.
