Words can't express how thankful I am for Armel and the mechanics always taking care of my car and being on top of things! Especially when I first brought it in after buying it from a bad dealership in Corona due to them not disclosing fuel leaks,evap codes and a bad driveshaft, but dodge swooped in and have taken care of everything since, she drives like a dream now! Horrible service!!! I recommend not taking your car here 馃槨 My girlfriend brought her Jeep to get a check engine problem and after a full week they still haven't gave us a diagnostic check yet... Also parked her car in the very back lot next to a tree that had ants that swarmed the inside of her car!! As well as being short and rude when I came in to ask about the status of the car and when she'll be able to get a rental for work.. 0 stars. Also I have a lot of family from the Pala Indian Reservation and will be telling them to take there business elsewhere and please to everybody that reads this do not give them your business especially if you need work done on your vehicle.. They're extremely rude and not worth the headache and your time..

HORRIBLE SERVICE! LIES! DO NOT TRUST! THEY WILL NOT guarantee their cars! They will sell you a lemon and won鈥檛 correct it. I鈥檒l admit at first they made Attempts to rectify the issues as they are all listed from Steering issues drivetrain, electrical, smoke, cluster and so much more. All on file. All issues that literally happened day two of ownership. In the recent past months, Chris seen all issues as I鈥檝e recreated them for him. I also drove with Eli, Ellie is the service Technician I drove with him two other times and re-create all the issues and he seen them in the recent past months. Today I waited over two hours to be seen with having an appointment at 11:30 very unorganized. I was told different information five or six different times today. Complete mess. I also drove 2 hours to the dealership and 2 hours back. This was all day adventure and accomplished nothing. In the following, I鈥檒l be listing the following issues that have been pre-existing the same issues that they told me they were gonna take care of from the very beginning with Cody who is the original service writer, Cody was originally writer he moved to used car used car, Dept. The following issues have been brought up since day two of ownership they just don鈥檛 address them that鈥檚 why I鈥檓 always coming back. They sold me a shit car. Issues; The cars transmission is crap, vary hard shifting slamming into gears, the car is smoking bad, the engine sounds like it鈥檚 overheating, the steering wheel feels as if tires are gonna fall off. Has electrical problems, the car doesn鈥檛 drive straight and hasn鈥檛 ever drove straight even after alignment the car was probably in a car accident. The auto start doesn鈥檛 work and many other issues. Initially, when I brought all these to the attention of the service writer and the desk manager Charlie, they were wonderful. They were actually surprisingly very wonderful. Always made sure I had a loaner car always took care of me. Excellent service and I always made sure to thank them and show them how appreciative I was their service and their willingness to go beyond with service. I鈥檝e referred several customers to the dealership into the sales team and they will do excellent work now I regret that after the treatment that I received today, I鈥檓 not one to go and leave reviews, but this is too far. The treatment was horrible. After explaining the constant safety issues, powertrain issues with this car and explaining past experiences that I鈥檝e had with tires falling off on the past car I would think I would expect to get a little bit more compassion and willingness to do the job and nothing more. What I would like to see and how to resolve this issue; these are all pre existing issues. I don鈥檛 want to have to fight the dealership to do what鈥檚 right and ensure the quality of their product, they can start by taking there time to fix all the pre existing issues and provide a loaner car at no charge. I think that鈥檚 fair to Ask. For the record I鈥檝e provided proof of all items and issues related to the car. All issues, I have all the evidence by video and pics showing dates and mileage to show all proof. So even if they come with me and I can鈥檛 recreate in the moment I have all the proof in addition we did ride alongs several times already in recent months and recreated these issues several times 3 times and two different people. So this was simply ridiculous! These people would not give one car that they sell you a car with life threatening issues. To future car buyers. Car sales man Louis was an awesome and upfront guy one of the best sales man I have ever encountered. But I made a mistake for my trade in. Figuring since the initial meet and greet they seemed genuine. But be sure to go in there with a car max offer or any offer in writing period. If you plan on trading anything in. This is to make sure you get top dollar for your trade in. From experience if you do not they will literally low ball you on your vehicle. I was told by the sales manager the best he could possibly do was 3k for my vehicle and then they turn around and resell for 10k. Yes I am pleased with my purchased vehicle. But upset that they kicked me in the groin for my trade in. So long story short do your self a favor and get a car fax offer or any offer of that matter in writing to ensure they don鈥檛 take advantage of your trade in value. If it weren鈥檛 for this issue it would have been the best car buying experiences I鈥檝e had. But like most I don鈥檛 like being taken advantage of. Everything else was top notch. Go see Louis great guy.

ALL WRONG NOW! Marty Striano and the DCH team made my purchase of my Jeep Gladiator absolutely proficient, enjoyable, hassle free! I was very skeptical at first. Even said something like "I don't want to go through the Sales BS" Marty just smiled and said, No BS. I'll get you in your Gladiator. He did! Check it out in pictures! And they treated me like a King Customer! Wow! Thank you Marty Striano and DCH Team Awesome! Oh No! Back in 5/9/2022 with Check Engine, Air Bag and another funky dash light I have no clue. They just told me 3-5 Days on just looking at it!!! She installed a device and did an analysis. She said it seemed electronic or electrical. She cleared my codes and said bring it in if they show up again. Going on a 5k business trip to Little Rock, AR. Missouri to do CCTV Installations. Lights back on just outside Little Rock. Ticking from Engine in Missouri. Tried to get it into shops. Nobody would look at it before weeks on end. It got much worse on the way back home. Ticking, loss of power. But made it home! It's been in the DCH Dealership for 2 weeks now. Found out my "Certified Pre-Owned" was not so Certified. So repairs go into my extended warranty. But I'm responsible for tear down analysis they say. DCH Mechanic says it's deep down on bottom of engine. Insurance company says keep looking on Topside! DCH Manager Kelly says, not my problem, it's his extended warranty problem. $48k Jeep Gladiator Sport "My work truck" worthless at the moment! But my $800 payments continue on! What do you all think? Carshield Warranty battled DCH for a while but finally replaced my engine with a used one. I'm updating this 09/27/2024. Lost my 2nd engine in my Jeep Gladiator! Noone will help! Isn't this considered a LEMON Peeps? Is there any REAL help out there for this?
