Came here for a full syntehtic oil change. After leaving the shop everything seemed fine. Hours later, I was driving I noticed my car smoking from the hood. I had to stop by and checked why its doing that so I opened the hood and I noticed that the engine bay was literally covered in oil. The engine cap was literally not secured and was just on the side. I cannot believe the mechanic who did this did not put it back on. I am lucky that the car did not combust because I have been driving for a while and the oil was almost gone. Also there was a loose screw that I noticed. I tried calling them multiple times but they won't answer. I will do my best to get reimbursed for this mess.

Had a Groupon for brake pads replacement. Went here to use it because my brakes were squeaky. He tells me that my brakes are fine, without really checking them out. Now, a few months later I'm spending $400 at another shop to get my rotors replaced. If Dcharly auto would of just replaced my pads with the Groupon I paid for I would've saved $300+
