I loss my dad in January and he was a master mechanic and when a family member told me about De la Rosa repair he was spot on. He did a rear main seal in my van and he change two other seals and the oil pan gasket. Don’t get confused about his location there are a lot of shops in this building. As soon as you turn into the gate his shop is the first bay.

I came to pick up some parts for my car but I went to the wrong shop because there are several workshops here. When I asked the owner of the De la Rosa workshop, he acted unprofessional and rude. He didn't want to answer a simple question I had. He even threatened me that if he had his pitbull dog he might bite me even though I didn't even go inside the workshop, despite it being a service workshop, I stayed at the door. He said “that's the problem with Hispanics that they never have information” when I simply came to ask if they had the parts for my car ready for a job that the local workshop did that I now know is not the same workshop. Besides, he said that if the workshop were for Americans they would already see me removed. No American or Hispanic workshop has treated me like this and it is not acceptable. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM! VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! !!
