I had an unexpected problem arise with my Tacoma and am impressed with the speed in which I was seen (with no notice) and diagnosed. The staff at DeBoer's Auto were very professional and upfront about services and prices. Courtney and Chris were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful providing me with answers and explanations to my questions. Friendly atmosphere and was easy to get to. I will be going back.

Spot on, as they always are! I work directly with Cassandra & obviously can’t speak enough great things about her! She puts the customer first always, and she knows how to run great repeat business because of it. I’m driving across the country & wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do my Camry’s inspection before getting it on the road. Thank you to everyone again & I’ll miss all of you.

The team at DeBoer's Auto is fantastic! I had to have my vehicle towed there a few months ago for an electrical issue and most recently for a blown rear diff, axle replacement, and 4 new shoes. The customer service is top notch, communication is on point, and the work completed by the certified technician is stellar! I personally know the service manager and highly recommend his knowledge and expertise to anyone who is needing their vehicle repaired. Happy. Just this one word. Happy. After moving up Sussex county 8 years ago i had no luck with auto mechanics. Sometimes I thought - I'd hit it, but it was rather wishful thinking, and my intuition was signaling me another no... Over all these years I kept receiving flyers to my mailbox from DeBoer's, but during my commute-years it was simply out of question because of the schedule, and then, it was because of there were just too many flyers... BUT: yesterday I called DeBoer's. And won a jackpot! Never before in my life (and i thought i had honest mechanics before... well.... i had not..) have I had a team like theirs for my Car. Thank you, the Chris Team! You guys are awesome. Thorough, expert-skilled and smart, to the point, transparent, quick, on schedule. I felt my girl finally got it! (I could almost swear she purred in satisfaction when we were pulling out) Heartfelt thanks!

I've been driving for 40 years, and had very few cars, which means I've spent tons of time in auto shops. DeBoer's has by far the best customer experience I've ever had. They explain your options, let you choose, and then show you (on the car, and in pictures) what they've done. Great communication, great documentation, and friendly people. Highly recommended.

MAKE THIS YOUR AUTO SHOP ASAP! The work is efficient, thorough, and quick. They ensure you are walked through each step of your auto repair, and provide a great overview of options and recommendations. Our SUV had a sudden issue, in which the engine could not be salvaged. Special shout out to Cassandra. She was a life saver! She made sure we fully understood options, provided us a loaner car, and most importantly was patient and accommodating while we had to figure out our difficult situation. This is unforgettable service (in a great way), and we plan to have all our future auto repair needs with DeBoer’s Auto.

We had an amazing experience at Deboar's auto. The staff was kind and knowledgeable. The waiting area was welcoming as well. They contacted us during the process to explain in detail what they were doing and what to expect. We will definitely be back.
