Sad to have to give this one star review b/c I've had good experiences in the past, but this last visit was very disappointing. I dropped my wife's car off for a simple alignment check, did not receive one, but was billed for it. An alignment check consists of a report that tells you your camber, toe, caster etc... and I was told on the phone that I would be provided with one. Upon arrival I was informed that I could not get the report because they visually inspected everything but did not hook it up to the machine to get the diagnostic info. I wanted. I was still charged and the service writer refused to refund or work with me, in fact she was very short-tempered and evasive. Dissapointing I just wanted a simple report! You'd think a bad review and sour taste would not be worth the $37 I was charged. Hoping that they can work with me to get this resolved.

I go to college at UWL and came back from the holidays and my car wouldn’t start in my enclosed garage. I went online and googled a few places and Dees seemed to have really good reviews and I can fully understand why, when I had called, Leah, had answered any questions I had with towing and how to get my car fixed. She was very polite from start to finish and filled me in with everything the entire time. The prices are very reasonable, and this company truly wants the best for their customers, you have my service from now on!

I arrived at Dee’s as soon as they opened to see if they could diagnose my check engine light. Not only did they agree, but they also quickly identified a faulty sensor. I planned to purchase the replacement part myself, but with the delivery time not being until the next day and I needed my car because I was starting a new job, I returned to Dee's and asked if they could do the repair. To my surprise, they were able to complete the job before closing! I'm incredibly grateful for their understanding. Their labor costs are extremely reasonable, and their customer service is exceptional. I left feeling satisfied. It was a pleasure working with Jake.

Friendly and helpful. Took time to be sure the car worked as it should. This is an older car. They were honest about whether a separate issue was worth the price to repair.

Great Service at a fair price. Needed My daughter’s car looked at for a brake light that was not working and Dee’s got it in within 2hrs and had it fixed within a half hour while she waited for it. Will definitely use them again as the need arises.
