It was a positive experience from beginning to end. *Good location *Owner met me after hours to bring my car in. *Friendly, professional and knowledgeable *Clean lobby/nice comfy furniture *Lots of snacks and beverages *Non chaotic atmosphere *Cars are safe and secured inside their fenced property *Rental car on premises *Received detailed, easy to read estimate quickly *Great communication while the work was in progress *Went above and beyond dealing with difficult insurance company *Quality work-Meticulously repaired the damaged area as well as the surrounding areas that were affected or shifted during the collision *Car looked beautiful and very clean when finished I highly recommend and wouldn't consider going anywhere else for auto body repairs. Always received me with a water and coffee. Ed understood I was coming from far so, he waited after hours for me to drop off my car and pick it up. I was recently in a hit-and-run collision, and my 2019 Subaru Crosstrek was taken to Deep Auto Collision in Northridge, CA. Edgar handled all communications, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was friendly, answered all my questions, and kept me updated throughout the repair process. When I visited the shop, I saw them working on McLarens, high-end Mercedes, and a variety of other vehicles, which reassured me that my car was in good hands—and it was. After a few weeks of major repairs, my car was ready, and the results were flawless—the color matched perfectly, panel gaps were spot on, and they even replaced my specialty tires with the exact same brand. To top it off, they detailed the car inside and out, a touch I hadn’t seen elsewhere. Excellent work—thank you, gentlemen!
