Dealt mostly with Steve and the young lady up front. Repairs got hung up a few days because of parts but the shop was as fast as could be and respectful. They charged me exactly what they quoted me. The repairs were perfect. I absolutely recommend them.

I had a minior accident back in December of 2022 in my only work truck. It was an Insurance claim, so I took it in to Delmont Fleet and explained that I was a small business and couldn't afford to be down for more than a couple of days. I was told that they would order everything and get it all in so that they could have me in and out in 2-3 days. When it came time to drop it off, I took it in the night before, so it would be ready to go first thing on the day it was scheduled. 3 days went by, and I didn't hear from them another them. Then a week went by and I called to figure out what was going on. I was told it wouldn't be ready till the middle of the next week. I went in on that next Wednesday, and it still wasn't finished. I was then told it would be Friday or Monday at the latest. So, Monday morning I went in and they finally had it done. He made up all kinds of accuses as to why it took him so long. He then told me that he wasn't going to charge me my deductible. I told him it was a good thing, because in 7 years of business, he had put me in the worst financial position I had ever been in and didn't have any money because of him. I will never take anything back to this place!

How to define worst and the very worst? If a full score at 100 Under 10 would be the worst Then 1 would be the very worst Apparently this facility are the “1” Dropped off same day on Sep 14th when the accident occurred and replied back ready to drive on Nov 16th 2 months and 2 days for a repair job and still have some dent in the cargo space which left or maybe even forgot to repair until when i show up to pay the deductible? Do you have any idea how many times I have called in? How much I pay for the Penske rental weekly? How much money I lose just because your facility replied back one more week during every time I call in to follow up? Today I asked about which part took the longest time to fix,they replied the front bumper which costs 2 weeks to order and ship from the manufacturer located in Germany,that’s really impressive and I know truck repair costs time but why just fix the truck body and wait for 2 weeks to get the parts overseas rather than fix the body and order the parts in the meantime??? Also I mentioned dozens of times that since have already waiting for the parts to arrive why not take the truck to the dealership for a free maintenance which already included when I bought the truck during the time? Waste customer’s time and money. The worst of the worst. Updated 06/16/23 The left fog light which they definitely use the after-market parts to replace during repair period cracked from inside since this February and I have to find a dealership to get it replaced,what can I say? The worst-worst-worst body shop ever
