I took my 2006 PT Cruiser to Dial Auto Repair for a timing belt replacement and to fix an engine light issue. The team clearly enjoys their work, has a lot of experience, and uses top-notch technologies. They explained everything thoroughly and took their time. Unlike other shops that charged me for an hour without finding the root cause, Dial Auto Repair quickly resolved the issues at a fair price. Highly recommended! Good quality service

Our family has been coming to Raul and Carlos for almost 10 years now! It has been an absolute privilege to get to know such thoughtful people in and outside of the shop. Always have at least 3-4 different warranty/price options to suit your needs and are very considerate towards the customer. I Will always continue coming back for more service!

I dropped my vehicle off at 8:15 am and was told a 4 hour time frame for fixing 2 items on the vehicle which was previously discussed with Raul. By the 4 hour time I called to see if it's ready I was told by Raul he needed another hour so I called back after 2more hours and still not fixed at that point I was upset and didn't know what's going on with my vehicle instead of Raul explaining he tells me to calm down lady and that was it for me I hung up and proceeded to call Robert the mechanic cell number to find out what's going on. I was told they couldn't find my first problem which was a strut mount and that instead they seen a wheel bearing problem and the other fix was a blend door activator on the passenger side of the vehicle I was told by Robert that there are 4 blend door activators and he didn't know which one to change and it's dark under the gloves compartment for him to see and he would have to take down the dash to get to it. At no time when I called at after 12pm my first call after having my vehicle for 4 hours did Raul say to me he couldn't find the strut mount issue and that I had a wheel bearing issue. In the end I picked up my vehicle after 3pm and nothing was fixed instead I got bad customer service from Raul and told me more or less to take my vehicle and don't come back and how he wasted 3 hours of his time. Like I would ever want to do business or trust them to fix my vehicle properly they have NO customer service and don't have no good communication skills. In the end I took it to TB AUTO where my issue was fixed and the blend door they couldn't figure out which one my mechanic fixed it in under an hour!!!! Also the wheel bearing issue that Raul said I have was incorrect there was nothing wrong with the wheel bearing. I would advise stay away from this business NO GOOD!!!!
