I went here a few days ago because part of the clutch mechanism in my car needed to be replaced. The staff, especially Pat, was incredibly helpful in explaining to me the issue, and how they were going to fix it. The communication between Dial Transmission and their customers is top-notch! On top of that, the pricing was very fair. I would recommend this place to friends and family! 10/10

Just got back my husbands truck from Dial Transmission. What an amazing transmission shop. Pat was the nicest guy !!! He kept my husband up to date on the rebuild. Truck is running like it’s brand new. We could not be happier with their service. Finding a reliable transmission shop is not easy. Dial Transmission is top notch. Look no further. You won’t be disappointed!!!!!

Pat was extremely professional and intelligent. First I brought my car to Ford where I bought it and they quoted me $10K for a new transmission. I was referred to Pat from a friend and I’m very happy about it. He diagnosed the problem and saw my transmission lines were leaking like crazy. He replaced them and the car is running good. Saved me over 8500 bucks. Can’t thank him enough. Screw the dealer go to a real shop like Dial and ask for Pat.

Pats a nice guy and knows his stuff. Knew the code my truck threw off the top of his head and had a feeling he knew what caused the issue. Had parts ordered and fixed for me in a few days right before I went on vacation and I haven’t had an issue since. I’d bring any of my vehicles there for transmission work.

Pat is honest, professional and very knowledgeable of transmissions and auto mechanics. Pat has worked on my cars for a few years now he keeps my cars secure in his location . I would not just drop my 1969 Chevelle off to anyone without waiting for the work to get done but with Pat he is well trusted and truly cares about customers needs and always keeps you updated
